Ordering and delivery

♦ Do you have a retail outlet? What are your hours?

As of Nov 2022,  pickups are available by appointment only in East Vancouver.

On top of our own Bubble Bag brand and related products, we still have a limited selection of Hemp Tailor (was Hoodlamb) line of vegan, hemp & organic cotton eco clothing, designed in Amsterdam. We also carry the new Men's & Ladies' Classic Coats from Freshemp. You can see our remaining selection of this discontinued brand here: Hemp Clothing

♦ How long will it take for my Bubble Bags to arrive?

We ship orders Monday to Friday, except on Canadian Statutory holidays.

We aim to ship your order on the next business day, although sometimes it may take two days.

Some products are offered as drop shipments from our distributors, and in most cases these get shipped within 2 days of ordering.

 

If you need your order in more of a hurry then what is offered on the checkout page, please give us a call and we can look up UPS shipping options for you.

♦ What shipping carriers do you use? Where do you ship from?

Our business is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.


Our online store shows shipping costs and times using a Canada Post calculator tool.

NOTE: We will primarily ship via UPS if the rate is comparable, to get your product to you faster and have better tracking options.

Note that sine we ship from Canada, our USA & International customers may be asked to pay additional import duties and taxes to receive their product, according to their country's import controls and procedures.This is typically only applicable to larger amount orders.

♦ What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store accepts a variety of credit cards and payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club.

You are more than welcome to call us to handle your order and payment over the phone.

**Canadian clients - pay in CAD**
We offer our Canadian clients 5% off their order by paying in CAD funds via Interac E-trsf, Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

- USA & International clients
Pay in your local currency online or if you prefer to pay by phone, we accept payment in CAD & USD.

If you don’t see the PAY BY PHONE payment options at checkout, give us a call, we’ll be happy to take care of your order for you.

Warranty & Returns

♦ Can I return an item?

Regular priced products may be returned, unused, within 7 days for a full refund on the price of the product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping) and duties paid. Used items may not be returned.

Please contact us to get further instructions depending on what product you purchased.

♦ What's your Warranty Policy?

Important Notes:

  • Please inspect your product for manufacturing defects upon receipt and before use.
  • Our manufacturer's warranty does not include but is not limited to ripping, tearing or frayed material as a result of normal wear and tear, and as per our instructions for use. It is expected the fabric will deteriorate over time - see expected lifespan below.
  • Proof of purchase is required. A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice is required for items purchased from a retail outlet.
  • We do not provide a warranty on items purchased on eBay and Amazon.
  • We do not offer warranty on items which have already been replaced via a warranty claim, and were offered at no cost.
  • We only offer warranty on authentic Bubble Bag items purchased from us directly or from one of our authorized resellers. We will request pictures to verify the authenticity of the product.
  • We offer warranty on bags which have been used, cleaned and maintained according to our instructions.
