Returns

Regular priced products may be returned, unused, within 7 days for a full refund on the price of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping) and duties paid. Used items may not be returned.

Warranty requests

Important Notes:

• Please inspect your product for manufacturing defects upon receipt and before use.
• Our manufacturer's warranty does not include but is not limited to ripping, tearing or frayed material as a result of normal wear and tear, and as per our instructions for use. It is expected the fabric will deteriorate over time - see expected lifespan below.
• Proof of purchase is required. A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice is required for items purchased from a retail outlet.
• We do not provide a warranty on items purchased on eBay and Amazon.
• We do not offer warranty on items which have already been replaced via a warranty claim, and were offered at no cost.
• We only offer warranty on authentic Bubble Bag items purchased from us directly or from one of our authorized resellers. We will request pictures to verify the authenticity of the product.
• We offer warranty on bags which have been used, cleaned and maintained according to our instructions.

How to apply for Warranty

If you believe that your damage falls under our warranty, contact us at info@bubblebag.com or phone 1-866-635-8464 (604-254-3338).

We require your order number if you purchased from us, or the name of retailer, and date of purchase, your full name, mailing address and phone number. Include photos of the damage, with at least one photo showing our Bubble Bag logo.

We will assess your warranty request and contact you once a decision has been made. Do not ship used items back to us.

All defective product replacements are shipped by mail (Canada Post/USPS). We do not offer express shipping on items replaced under warranty. We can give you a quote if you would prefer faster shipping.

Bubble Bags Warranty Details

We carry 3 different grades of Bubble Bags and offer the following extended warranties, against manufacturer's defects or flaws only. Our warranty does not include but is not limited to ripping, tearing or frayed material as a result of normal wear and tear, and as per our instructions for use. It is expected the fabric will deteriorate over time - see expected lifespan below.

• Bubble Bags: Original, LABS
• Lifespan Warranty (expected lifespan: over 200 uses with proper care)
• Bubble Bags Lite
• 1 year Warranty (expected lifespan: over 100 uses with proper care)
• Bubble Now Wash Bags
• 6 months Warranty (estimated use 30 to 50 washes or 15-30 in industrial use)

Proper use of Bubble Bags

• Always rinse the bags thoroughly with cold water immediately after use.
• Do not use warm or hot water, as this will clog the screens with melted trichomes. Repeat if necessary.
• Hang the bags and always allow to air dry completely before storing them to prevent mold or rot issues.
• If your screens become clogged,  you can use 99% isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on a soft toothbrush to gently remove tough stains.  Keep alcohol away from the edge of the screen (stitching).

Bubble Magic Machines & Products

Bubble Magic machines are provided to our customers from their distributor. If you have any issues with your Bubble Magic brand items, please email us and we will pass on our request for follow up.

Dry Sift Systems

Any defects or problems are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us. If we deem the item to be defective, we may replace or repair it. The cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Our warranty is against manufacturer's defects or flaws only. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, and it is expected that products will deteriorate over time.

Products from other Manufacturers

We offer a number of items to our clients that are not our own brand. Bubblebag.com will provide a warranty on other manufacturer's products according to the manufacturer's policies. 

If you have any issues with these items, please email us and we will pass on your request to the distributor for follow up.

Hemp Hoodlamb/Tailor Clothing

• NOTE: Hemp Tailor is no longer in operation. As such we are unable to accept any warranty claims against manufacturer's defects.
• All Sale Items are Final Sale.

• Beyond 7 days, we might consider an exchange, but that would require a phone conversation to discuss. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping) and duties paid. Used items may not be returned.

Dry Ice - no warranty

Some extractors choose to use dry ice in combination with bags or screens, in order to maximize the amount of trichomes that are harvested from the material. Close proximity to dry ice chills the cannabis to the extent it becomes super brittle and more susceptible to releasing all of its trichomes during the sieving process.

However, this comes at the expense of increased contaminants. For this reason, we do not recommend the use of dry ice in Dry Sift Hash production.

Since our products are not recommended for use with dry ice, and have not been tested as such, we cannot offer our warranty if used with dry ice.
